The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide information on the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data to third party-partners by the Romanian Midwives Association, having the following identification data: registered office in Bucharest, Bd. Unirii nr. 33, bl. A2, sc. 2, et. 1, ap. 25, Sector 3, registered in the Register of Associations and Foundations with no. 8/1975, bank account opened at Unicredit Bank, IBAN RO40BACX0000002801990000, duly represented by Mateescu Irina- Alexandra, in the position of President (hereinafter referred to as the “Romanian Midwives Association”), as owner of the website www.asociatiamoaselor.ro (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
The Romanian Midwives Association undertakes to comply with the provisions of the legislation in force on the protection of Personal Data, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”);

We obtain personal information from you when you request information related to our activities, register with www.asociatiamoaselor.ro, send us an e-mail, make a donation or otherwise provide us with personal information. Data Subjects whose Personal Data will be subject to Processing under this Policy:
☒ Natural persons over the age of majority and minors through their representatives, final beneficiaries of the activities carried out within the framework of the Romanian Midwives Association’s programs;
☒ Relatives and next of kin of individuals who are the final recipients of activities/sponsorships under the programs carried out by the Romanian Midwives Association;
☒ Major individual Sponsors or Representatives of Sponsors;
The categories of data processed are: name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, CNP (personal identification number), IBAN. In the case of requests for medical services, medical history data will also be requested.
DATA RECIPIENTS
The Romanian Midwives Association may transfer data pursuant to this Privacy Policy to the following categories of Recipients who also have their own privacy policies regarding the protection of Personal Data:
☐ Sponsors, partners, affiliates of the Romanian Midwives Association;
☐ relevant public authorities in order to fulfill the legal obligations of the Sponsor;
☐ public or private medical facilities providing medical services promoted by the Romanian Midwives Association;
☐ online social media platforms and Visitors of social media platforms.
In the event that some recipients are located outside the European Union, the Romanian Midwives Association will only make such transfers where there is a legal basis for doing so, including to a recipient that is: (i) in a state that provides an adequate level of protection for Personal Data or (ii) under an agreement that meets the European Union’s requirements for the transfer of Personal Data to processors established outside the European Union.
Also, in order to receive donations, the Romanian Midwives Association uses the online payment platform Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.

The Romanian Midwives Association processes Personal Data only in the interest of the users of the Website who wish to receive help from the organization or who wish to collaborate as a Sponsor.
The Romanian Midwives Association processes the above-mentioned Personal Data only for the purpose of saving your request in the organization’s administration account and in order to be able to send recurring messages (in case you request subscription to the organization’s newsletter service).
